Well if you didn't know I am currently a junior in high school and I have began my college search! Yes, Yes, Yes...one of my teachers encouraged me to get a head start in this game of life so I have a few of the colleges I am considering

Sometimes you can't necessarily depend always on what your friends say. The he said she said stuff that I'm going through right now is so much. Have you ever had a friend who doesn't like another one of your friends with a passion and you are put in the predicament where you have to choose?? Well I just recently went through that. When you are stuck between the two, you start to hear two different stories in your ear. "Oh I don't know why you still mess with her?" Ugh..because she is my friend just like you!

I talked to both of them and let them know that I am not about to go through this with them. So when I'm around keep the other person's name out your mouth. You know how things get started nowadays..."Oh she was just sitting here while "so-so" was dogging you out and she suppose to be your friend". I'm trying my best to just stay out of drama. Then I heard this quote and it changed everything. Instead I just chilled out and observed both of them because they were once friends. Then I realized who was really a friend. I hate people that when you and them fall out they go and put your business out on the street. That's some real dirty shit (excuse my language). You was never a friend to begin with and if you are capable of doing that to her then I know you are capable of doing that to me also. I think that is one of the reasons why I don't have many female friends. I try to keep them at a minimum. Also I trust specific people with specific things that pertain to my life.

Friends is a word that is used lightly these days. Make sure you know your friends because at the end they can hurt you if you truly don't know who they are.

Define Yourself...

I have one question...."What is it with females these days and claiming they the baddest or they whatever Lewinski/Minaj?? Barbie?"

Really though....It just tickles me to see these girls. My friends and I are always joking about it with each other with comments like "Oh oh there go Nicki Minaj" every time we see a girl trying so hard to be her lmao haha. We just can't help it...

What happened to finding your own identity? Being yourself? All of that has gone down the drain now. Its okay to like someone (i like nicki to a certain extent that is) but for you to want to be just like her?? I mean why her of all people?? You have women like Michelle Obama, Oprah, Alicia Keys, etc who are doing wonderful things out there but you choose to imitate Nicki Minaj. I just don't get it anymore really...

Hunny Lewinski/Minaj is not your last night. Take my name for instance, Nnenna. Girl will do this Nnenna LEWINSKI, Nnenna MINAJ, but I haven't seen a Nnenna OBAMA =).

All I'm saying is that it is time we graduate from the Nicki Minaj phase and find ourselves. Try to be the best you and not the best Nicki Minaj impersonator out there people! DEFINE YOURSELF !!

Mary J. Blige

Now this is one woman that knows how to bless us with good music. Not too many people can do what she has done. Make good music that last through many generations. Every time she comes back out we can expect to hear nothing but wonderful music. I'm so glad that she is finally happy at this stage in her life. It shows physically and musically. I love this woman and we need to have more singers like her these days...

My Dislike of Massages

Recently I had a male friend ask to give me a massage and I told him that I'm not into massages. He laughed about it and found it awkward but am I really that weird?? lol I really can't stand someone hands rubbing on me in that kind of way and do not find massages to be relaxing. That's just me I guess...

One reason might be the fact that I am extremely ticklish. OMG like the smallest things tickle me and I don't know why. Some people use this fact against me and I can't help but squirm around laughing lol. I just wanted to know though...Am I the only one that doesn't like massages??

I recently just created a Youtube account and thinking about making videos in the future...

But while on Youtube I ran across Dreaontv. This woman here is so inspirational. Someone that is beautiful on the inside and out. I will recommend this video to anyone. After listening to it you will look at things a bit different.

Body Image...

Recently I've had a couple of females come up to me and say I have a nice body. A female giving a compliment?? I thought that jst didn't exist anymore with so much hate going on lol. Well of course I said my thank yous and all. Then I started to laugh. Its funny that I once was so self conscious about my body. I hated everything about it and didn't feel so cute. I always had the slender athletic build and I hated that. I have to admit I wanted to big that thick chick lmao. But now that's all changed. I love my body! and everything on it. I know I don't have a perfect body but I'm perfectly happy with mine. I have my little curves and wear it proud lol. So many females go through that hating their body phase but if they never get over that then you are robbing yourself from the happiness you deserve....As long as you know that you are taking care of your body the best you know how. Not everyone is meant to be skinny!!! I hate seeing pretty thick women trying to lose weight to end up looking so awkward because it doesn't work for them. Stick to what works for you. For all the skinny girls stop trying to get thick lol and all my thick girls stop trying to get skinny. Love yourself!!!

The Quality of Television

Today I didn't go to school because we were having a so called "half-day". So pointless! Then with the incident that happened yesterday the school was going to be on lockdown so there wasn't even a reason to go. So I woke up and turned on the television to find out that the Jamie Foxx show is on. I was so happy because it really has been a while since i've watched it. Eventhough I have seen all of the episodes already its still hilarious to me. That and Fresh Prince never get boring for some reason. But now I question the type of shows we have now. Some of them I can't stand to watch the first time let alone a re-run. What has happened to our quality of television?? Has it really gotten so bad to the point that just about everything is a reality show?? Don't get me wrong I do enjoy Reality shows...well some of them. The I love Ray-J's are getting played out. Its the same shit everything nothing really pow-pow about it. I wish we had the good sitcoms from the 90's. The Cosby Show, Fresh Prince, Martin, Jamie Foxx Show, The Wayans Brothers...etc. I miss them dearly =(
