WATER!

I decided to start drinking more water. A friend of mine "NY" told me that I should start drinking water more that it will clear your skin instead of sodas and everything. I rarely drink soda anyway but I am a juice fanatic. Juicy Juice is the best brand of juice there is!! So I told myself I will drink more water and since summer started I have packed on the pounds a lot. I mean I'm not fat though. I have no problems with it so my same food routine will continue to exist.

So whats up with all these shows coming out?? Everyone and their momma getting a show. WHY? WHY? WHY? B.E.T giving shows to everyone these days. "Frankie and Neffe", "Tiny & Toya", "Mo'Nique Show", "The Wendy Williams Show". Its ridiculous now. Well at least they can stop showing some of these boring movies just because they black. I know one thing is they better not move "The Game" or there is gonna be some major problems. Then today I see that Meagan from Rock of Love and I Love Money getting her own show too!!! Are you serious???? Well I don't think I will give that show the time of the time. Might watch the premiere and lose interest.

BET Awards 09

Ok so the infamous "BET AWARDS" premiere last night. All in all it was and ok awards show. They've had better. Everything was just rushed and I guess its because of the changes they had to make concerning MJ. It was kinda everywhere. People just singing from left to right. There were some good moments though. My favorite moment which is probably weird because she really didn't perform was Keke Palmer when she SANG on stage. I was blown away. I knew she had talent but I didn't know she could sing that good though. She looking like a grown ass woman these days too.

Another performance was Beyonce. Wasn't exactly what I expected and the whole Wedding dress thing wasn't cute but I love that song. "Ave Maria". Most people haven't even heard that song. Its song sweet to me but anyway don't she perform at every awards show. Why?? Give someone else some stage time.

Umm Ne-yo and Jamie Foxx performance was just wonderful through out really. I have nothing bad to say. They both sung their hearts out and the duet at the end was probably the highlight of the night.

Drake performance was alright. The sitting down threw me off and made it kinda boring. But I give the man his props. Don't have a CD out and his video is just premiering [still haven't watched it!] and this man is performing on the big stage at the BET awards. Toodles to him!! The Every Girl performance kinda made me mad because they bleeped out the whole dam songs even when wayne didn't cuss. I'm like huh??

Tiny and Toya....what can I say about them. First of all Tiny sounded like she had problems reading and the faces she was making wat jus ugly. What was T.I. thinking? Truthfully she is ugly and he can do better. I think its her nose or her lips whichever one. WHo knew of Toya?? I didn't even know lil wayne got married until those commercials came out and she is actually very pretty with that N.O. accent of hers. She got pregnant with his baby at the age of 14 wow. So she been knew wayne before he blew up. Ok!

Lets get on fashion. Now I love me some tyra banks and she looked cute but her weave looked like it was kinda done wrong but whatever she still was fierce. I see just about everyone had on a mini dress. How can I forget Alicia Keys. She looks flawless everytime. From her hair to everything was just wonderful. The flash they did of lil mama was just horrible. What was she thinking?? And I'm starting to believe she a one or two hit wonder. Where she been at?? Really wasn't bumping her music like that so who cares. Keri Hilson looked pretty as usually. She is tall as hell. I wonder if she models...well if she don't already I can see her doing it in the future. The only Housewife of Atlanta that was actually looking cute was Sheree, Lisa, and Kandi. The rest ugh!!!!!

The Tyra Show Community!

OMG! Ok I bumped across a new discovery. I am a HUGE Tyra Banks fan and I love her talk show. So I was on the Tyra Banks Show official website and was just scrolling through when it asked me to become part of the Tyra Show Community I was like ok its just like a account where I can like comment on some of the stuff on her website. Then once I signed up I realized it was a social networking website. I was like wow I never knew this. Accomplished!

So i've been down and out just mooping around the house. And I decided I would try and take on braiding my own hair. Now I can braid someone else's hair and like touch up mine but to do my whole head...ah naw sorry. Well on Friday I did it! I braided my own hair with no help. Yay!! I know right. When I first started I was like omg this is gonna take about a week to complete but it really didn't. I finished and I was so happy that I finally stopped procrastinating and did it. Emotionally Drained.

This is a random blog but I just feel like I need to get some issues off my chest. This past week has been hell for me. At one point I really didn't know what to do seriously. Got into an arguement with my dad then to top that off got into it with the bf which might have been the straw for him. I'm just a confused mind that don't know what she wants at times. I was in the moment and started just letting my emotions take over and said some hurtful things to him which I regret and want to take back so bad but I can't. I can only hope that he forgives me and understand that it was out of fustration and really didn't come from the heart. So I decided its time I start letting things go and not allowing stuff to get to me because once I do it always end up bad at the end. Right now i'm just sitting back and just relaxing. I love him dearly and I don't want to lose him but now its his choice and I think I've said enough already. My mouth can get me in so much trouble and I really do need to learn how to control it. Sometimes I let my anger take over and I just start saying things and thats not cool. Look what happened now. I can only put things in God's hand. He can take care of it better than I can...

Michael Joseph Jackson...A Celebration!

Wow...Michael Joseph Jackson is gone. I was watching tv yesterday when they announced he was in the hospital for cardiac arrest. I didn't think he would die though. Then the next minute...BREAKING NEWS: MICHAEL JACKSON HAS LEFT US AT THE AGE OF 50. I seriously didn't know what to say. First of all I never thought I would live to see the day Michael Jackson will die. He was like that person that was immune to death to me. This opened my eyes because if the person I thought couldn't die [don't ask me why] left us that means anyone at any given moment can also die.

Its crazy to watch all these people mourn over him but I'm kinda happy. This man was put through hell and back and it seemed as though everytime an issue came up about him people seem to forget the things this man has accomplished. Now everyone is mourning. He's in a better place than this cruel world. He will be missed and his music and impact on the WORLD will forever be remembered. Michael Jackson is someone that will never die in people's heart. His story and his music will be passed on from generations to generations. RIP Michael Joseph Jackson!

Drake "Drizzy" Rogers...Photoscape

I’m probably late but its this new software you can download from the internet where you can edit your pictures. I love editing pictures and making graphics. Thats my thing and when I found this download I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s called

photoscape…[google it]

You can do just about everything on there and at first I was skeptical because I didn’t want to download anything that will give me a virus to I searched to see if photoscape was safe and guess what….IT WAS! So if you like editing your pics for myspace or facebook or anything else….I highly recommend it!

So I heard Rapper/Singer Drake has signed to a label and shot the video for his song “Best I’ve Ever Had”!!!!!! I love that song! Drake is a wonderful artist and I think his fame is long due. They’ve been sleeping on this guy but all them just woke up. I can’t wait till he gets out there and put an album out. I can see big things for him. For those not familiar with him I suggest you get familiar with him because he just might become a household name.

Ciara: Leave Her Alone!

So I haven’t been on wordpress since I publish my last blog which I did over Microsoft word. So I’m reading blogs from just different people and sites and I come across one on Ciara. It’s crazy how when one person says something everyone else just agrees like they don’t have mind of their own. THINK FOR YOURSELF! Ciara has a new video called “Work” which features Missy Elliot. One site…not going to say any names…said her video reminded them on Beyonce’s “Diva” video. Now they have all these comments with almost everyone agreeing and I’m just like are you serious? First of all the video in my eyes doesn’t remind me of “Diva” so get a life! I do admit her fame has gone down and I believe it’s probably her PR. She is a wonderful performer and I would pay for her concert any day because I know it will be entertaining and my money worth not going to a concert to see someone just sit there on a stool and sing. That’s not my kind of concert but aye that’s just me. I do think she could of picked a better song for her next single from the album which isn’t great but its better than most artist album now. I personal like “Lover’s Thing” featuring The Dream, “My Yearbook”, and “I Don’t Remember”. She could’ve of picked one of those but I am and always will be a Ciara fan. Haters get off a SHIT! I mean really if you don’t like her then stopped reading the stuff they publish about her. Your opinion doesn’t really matter to anyone. Just crack your joke and keep it moving. Wanting ATTENTION on the internet is contagious. As soon as one writes something negative then you have thousands wanted to do the same. Ciara do you!

Oh and get off her about the weave…There are plenty other celebrities that have nothing but weave so you can’t just point out ciara. ugh! Haters make me sick!

And go to youtube…you see all these girls arguing and cussing each other out about Ciara. Are you serious? ugh! People don’t know how to act over the internet I tell ya.

LeToya vs. Mathew Knowles

First of all I think I have a new obsession…

It’s kinda weird because I really wasn’t a blogger finatic but now I am.. Anyway I know some of yall already heard about the Letoya Luckett and Mathew Knowles situation. My whole thing is why do he want to cancel her performance just because Beyonce is performing. If he is still stuck on the past then he needs to grow up. He is looking bad in the public eye and also making Beyonce look bad. I dont know if she has anything to do with the situation but of course she’s in Hollywood…she eventually will be connected. Personally I love Beyonce and Luckett. I think both of them are great musician and I’m proud that Letoya came back out. She proved to the world that she isn’t a back up singer but can hold her own as a solo artist. I applaud her for that. It’s going to be entertaining how this will play out. Either Mathew cancel Beyonce from performing, Letoya doesn’t perform, or they both do. I think BET shouldn’t put up with his shit [excuse my grammer] and let him know either they both perform and Beyonce doesn’t. If she doesn’t perform then this can mess her up in the long run. This is what Letoya had to say concerning the matter:

Dj Flexx: “Let’s just say that it’s true, how does it make you feel that Matthew would go so hard at you to get you off the show?”

LeToya: “It saddens me a little. Because our situation happened close to 10 years ago, and I think as we all know Bey is a very very very talented artist, and I think that we both have our own lanes and fanbase, and I don’t see why I would have to be one of the ones picked out of the entire crew of females that will be hitting the stage that night. I don’t know… I’m gonna try and word this right… I just don’t understand why I’m picked outta that group because there are so many other female artists performin’ that night and I think we all deserve to have a chance at that stage. Everybody works hard and we all have something different to offer, from Keyshia to Keri to Bey, everybody is different in their own ways so it saddens me if that’s true, and I hope that’s not the case but I’ll be there regardless”.

I think she stood up for herself and still remained classy about the situation..

Love At First Sight?? Nawwww

Boredom...the exact word to describe how I'm feeling right now. I mean you can tell. I'm just on the computer switching among Myspace, Facebook, and Blogger while texting the hubby and friend. And engaging in television watching The Nanny. Its an old sitcom but its actually very entertaining and I love Fran's voice but anyway back on being bored. Earlier the bf asked me if I wrote another one and I said no and he gave me an idea to write a blog about us which isn't a bad idea. The downside is the fact that it will take a long blog to get everything down. We've been through ALOT together ever since we got together on 01.31.08 [my lucky day].

Ok ima be real with yall. It was not love at first sight. Matter of fact I was just recovering from a past relationship when he walked into my life. At first I was like umm yea ok lol. He was pretty cool but if you was to ask me then if i could see us together for this long my answer would of probably been a hell naw. I use to be worried about me, myself, and I and then he kinda added someone else to the list...him. Eventually my feelings for him began to grow to the point that it kinda scared me because I've never done this love thing and I didn't plan on it anytime soon. So we got together second semester of my freshman year in high school and he was a sophomore. Now i'm an upcoming junior and he is an upcoming senior. Now we've broke up I think about three times. The first two really wasn't serious because it was like for some hours or just one day but the last time we broke up which was more recent was for about 2 or 3 months and OMG it was like hell. I'm not going to get into so much about that because its too long but we got it together and now we back strong! We plan on making it last this time and not falling for all this stuff around us. I love him and I know he loves me and thats all we need...Oh and this probably the only post that you will hear me talking about that loser lol

What a Night!!!

I'm not quite sure why I'm up and 10:45 am but I am...usually in bed until 12 then my day begins. Anyways...I decided to write this blog about the shows that came out last night...the ones I watched that is.

Ok lets start with "Hawthorne" which stars Jada Pinkett Smith (who I absolutely adore). She is the head nurse at I believe the name is (something) Trinity Hospital. From the previews I assumed it was gonna be exactly like "House" (which I love) and "Grey's Anatomy" but it really wasn't. It was actually a very engaging show in my opinion and it highlights part of the medical field that other medical shows do not. She is a wonderful actress and woman in general and I can see big things for the show. For now I will keep my eyes glues to TNT on Tuesday nights to see the plot of the entire show...

Then one of the most anticipated episodes of College Hill: South Beach came on. Now I really did think this was gonna be the big show but it wasn't I guess they teased me so I can watch next week. If you've been keeping up with the show then you will know about the different personalities that the show has. You have Kay who I think brought so much drama to the show and lets not forget Ms. Milan (i adore her). Well Brandon and Kay had history before the show which I think is ironic. Did the show castors know this when casting her on the show or were they totally oblivious to it??? Either way...Good job :]. But they got into a hugh arguement for a reason I'm not quite sure of because there was entirely too much cussing and that meant too much beeps.. I do think though the Brandon accused of her "hoeing around". I couldnt believe how much it got to Kay because she went completely crazy. Umm I forgot the other guy's name who talks to Tiffany but at the last minute of the show it looked as though he got to fighting with Brandon. If its about the arguement Brandon had with Kay then I feel it wasn't his battle to fight but then again Brandon took it entirely too far...it was a woman and no woman deserves to be spoken to like that but I will be watching next week to see what happens and watch the season finale...

Now I will go back into the day...I was watching 106&Park and they had Cassie on the show. Cassie is known for her single "Me&U" and I don't know anyother song but she shaved her head bald on one side and has her long flowing hair on the other. I didn't understand why but aye if the girl wants to start a ridiculous fashion fad be my guess..then I heard celebrity LaLa did the same thing which is so stupid to me. LaLa looks ridiculous...Cassie looks alright with it. But come on who in real life that has a job and family will do some crap like that..just aint cutting it sorry..

Abuse...Punk Men!

So i'm sitting here watching the Maury Show. Sometimes all he do is the same topics over and over again..."you are the father!", "is it a man or woman", and "outrageous teen girls". Thats basically what Maury covers but don't get me wrong it is interesting at times. So today they are talking about abuse teen relationships and some of these stories are very sad. How can one sit and allow a man to beat on them and control them like they are animals not humans? I use to ask the same question too. Then I realize LOVE is such a strong emotion. Once you love someone truely you then give them so much power. So you just can't give anyone your true love. You have to know the kind of person they are because they can take advantage of you at any given minute..

One young lady on the show didn't even confide in her mother the abuse she was going through. Its so sad to see that she has no one to talk to about her issue. Men like that are so scared and dumb. Some are scared because the woman is probably the best thing they have had but is scared that they would leave. If you are a true man and truely know how to treat a woman then she wouldnt have to leave and you wouldn't have to be scared of that fact.

I'm in high school and I see boys that thinks its funny to hit on girls but they don't know all they are doing is getting in a mind set that to control a woman you have to put your hands on them. Thats not a REAL MAN. Relationship abuse is happening in high school. I see it at the school i go to and I know its not only there. Young girls are falling hard for these "boys" and i do stress boys that they would allow them to do anything and everything. Some even lie to save their boyfriends but why?? I know they aren't happy so why do they encourage it by allowing it?? But I look at these ladies as victims and I feel bad for them and wish I could change things but I just know that I will learn from them and not allow a "man" to lay their hands on me. I'm too precious for that and I know my worth even if he doesn't know it...

First Blog..Yay Me!! Blog??

Hey people! So this is my first blog...yay me! Now the hard part is knowing what to talk about on these blogs. Ok so let me give some background on Gorgeous Nne. I am a 16 year old girl, with drama, that lives in Atlanta, GA. Umm i love myself o so much and i love fashion too. Well i'm an official junior! about time i become one and i'm thrilled about the next school year. I go to a school thats full of drama, i think that goes for just about all schools. I was born in Mississippi, Southern chick, but raised in Atlanta and the parents are from Nigeria which makes me a true African American.


Ok so lets talk about the blog...enough about me. So i will be spending sometime looking at other people's blog because i'm not quite sure how this is ran. I have so much to say and get off my chest. I know yall have the moments when yall see something in public and is like what the hell!! yea i have a lot of those moments so now i will be able to share with everyone. I know my blog is categorized under fashion, celebrity and something else but i really will be talking about just about everything. for males and females. so i will have the blogs that are towards the males and some that are focused toward the females.


My first topic will be trashy females. Ok so i'm at the hair salon...not gonna mention where but its in atlanta....and i left because of the wait and just wanted to walk around. I turn left...i turn right and all i see is females in their pajamas and scarves on heads and hair all over the place. my first reaction is just why?? they could of took care of that at home before leaving. then you had guys just hitting on me and i'm like come on be a man and not a horny little boy. thats not cute to a real lady. but i don't blame them....take a look around at the females they had there and you will understand their pain. lol....i mean you don't have to look your best everytime because i know i dont but you also dont have to look like a hot mess! thats just rediculous...take care of yourself and stop saying "so?? i'm not here to impress anyone." thats so trashy!!!ok so i think thats enough for the first blog...if you read this please drop some input...i'm new to this so help a sister out! :) well until the next time i blog.....stay gorgeous!
