Dear Odoom,
i remember when we got together back in march. i never thought i would actually like you the way i did and it came as a shock to both me and you. we have been through so much already. from your ex girl spreading rumors to everyone trying to break us up. who would of thought that by joining the girls soccer team we would get close. everyone was shocked by the end of the season when they found out we were together lol. what shocked them the most was the fact i was nigerian and you was ghanaian. plus you had no problem broadcasting the dislike you have for nigeria lol. as i said before take your ass back to the equator! i remember after one of my soccer games that you came to, we were still just talking, you asked me if i had a ride home when i get back to the school. i said i don’t know yet haven’t called my mom. you then said well i can take you. so i get on the bus and i get a txt from you saying i can ride with you. so i took my stuff and rode back home with you and WE GOT LOST! mr. i know the way lol. Remember when we left school and drove to fayetteville to see all the white people’s house and you said we were going to get one in that city. then we saw this HUGE house and we almost got into an accident because you was soo shocked lol. aye we ain’t use to that in CP lol. Remember when i stayed to watch one of your games and afterwards i rode the bus back home with you guys and you refused to allow anyone to sit next to me and then you plop down right there. we talked the whole ride and out of no where you kissed me (our first kiss). i remember the morning the doorbell ring and it was the fedex lady with a package for me. long and beyond mr. odoom went and bought me an ipod touch to compensate for my nano that got stolen at school. i was like i know he didn’t lol. you knew not to tell me because i would of said no to you spending your money like that. i remember you would always ask me after school what i wanted to eat and i’ll say that i’m fine. you will tell your friends they getting a McChicken at McDonalds but i can get anything i want anywhere and they was mad lol. You remember one of our first dates, the paintball arena. awhh man that was sooo much fun. i’m glad i went with you. everything just went perfect. you said “D, i need you” and i told you naw you don’t need me you just want me. need is a strong word. you said believe me i need you, you so different from everybody else and then you said do you need me. i told you naw but i want you. i can always do without. it was like i crushed your hopes and i felt bad. man i can go on for days with stories. both funny and sad. we been through so much in these short 4 months.
we fell hard for each other then you hit me with the worst part of it all. after you graduate you going to the marines for basic training. i just didn’t want to believe that you had to leave for 3 months and the guy that i am accustomed to seeing just about everyday is now GONE. i told you how we should of talked after you came back instead of now because it hurts. you told me naw then i risk the chance of someone taking you. so now i’m missing you like crazy. its like i’m angry you left me but then again i’m glad you doing something you truly want. i can’t wait until September come so i can see you once again and kiss you. no one approves of our relationship and i’m tired of people saying i can do better. wtf! you one of the best bfs i’ve ever had. just know ima be here for you when you get back and i know you say that this is the hardest thing you ever done in your life but hang in there. you’ll make it through then you can come back home. i’m waiting on your next letter. i love you my ghanaian =)

awww this is so cute! i had a ghanian boy who was too TOO sweet...but then things went sour. hopefully ya'll are still cool!
