A Friend that is not worth loosing.

I should be doing this paper but I had to do a quick update ! lol

Yesterday I realized the reason I don't hold grudges against people. It's so not worth my time. It holds me down and drains me of energy. Why should I be putting myself through all of that and the person is just chilling ?? Why stress over someone ?? That's not me.. I made a promise to myself and my close "friend" that I would stop acting like a complete ASS towards him. Lately I've been kind of switching it up on him. One day we will be quite fine and the next its a different story. I don't even understand some times why I act the way I act towards him lol. I realized that I was taking his friendship for granted and he had all the right to cut me out of his life as much as I have done to him. Its time I stop being such a pain in the ass to the ones that love me the most and being nice and kind to the ones that just there for the moment. Not ready to lose a friend and keep enemies.

Resentment or grudges do no harm to the person against whom you hold these feelings but every day and every night of your life, they are eating at you

So in 2010 I promise to not take anyone's friendship or whatever for granted. I'm very grateful for every single person that I have in my life !!

Confusion...

I'm was just sitting here thinking about something and was wondering am I the only one that found this to be disturbing in my book..
I understand how females are when it comes to their friends or acquaintances talking to their ex-lover. Even when its not really that serious. But its crazy how guys could care less. Its like fuck and pass, fuck and pass haha
Well I remember when I was in 9th grade and these two girls were basically fighting for this boy. They hated each others guts and wanted to literally fight for a boy that was playing them both really. He would mess with one then break up with her and mess with the other and still mess with the first. Man it was crazy. It was like the talk of the school. Was these girls really serious?! And to top it off he called one of them out in public like she was some hoe or something but she still stayed messing with him. I don't know about you guys but once you disrespect me then hunny you out the door. You mean not a dam thing to me anymore =]
My friend and I was talking today in school because now these girls claim to be the bestest of friends. And the one that I guess won the battle continue to be with the boy but they recently broke up. Now it seems as though she passed him on to the other girl because I know and everyone else know that they are talking.
How can you be someone's bestfriend and you mess around with the boy that she was so in love with??
That's something I just couldn't comprehend. If it was just a regular guy then I understand but no they have been together and messing around for a while so I know the feelings are there. She can say she doesn't care but truthfully she does and if your so called bestfriend has the nervous to continue to mess with him on the side then that's a problem.
Then again her bestfriend might not be telling her the whole truth about her and the boy. You know how girls are: try to make it seem as though he just pursuing her and she not messing with him.
I just want to know am I wrong for thinking this is wrong or is it really wrong? lol
I'm just confused I tell ya...confused!

Sometimes you can't necessarily depend always on what your friends say. The he said she said stuff that I'm going through right now is so much. Have you ever had a friend who doesn't like another one of your friends with a passion and you are put in the predicament where you have to choose?? Well I just recently went through that. When you are stuck between the two, you start to hear two different stories in your ear. "Oh I don't know why you still mess with her?" Ugh..because she is my friend just like you!

I talked to both of them and let them know that I am not about to go through this with them. So when I'm around keep the other person's name out your mouth. You know how things get started nowadays..."Oh she was just sitting here while "so-so" was dogging you out and she suppose to be your friend". I'm trying my best to just stay out of drama. Then I heard this quote and it changed everything. Instead I just chilled out and observed both of them because they were once friends. Then I realized who was really a friend. I hate people that when you and them fall out they go and put your business out on the street. That's some real dirty shit (excuse my language). You was never a friend to begin with and if you are capable of doing that to her then I know you are capable of doing that to me also. I think that is one of the reasons why I don't have many female friends. I try to keep them at a minimum. Also I trust specific people with specific things that pertain to my life.

Friends is a word that is used lightly these days. Make sure you know your friends because at the end they can hurt you if you truly don't know who they are.
